Freeze! Revisited - Edible Ice Guns
[In 2003] Over a period of several hours Valentin Beinroth and Florian Jenett placed about 50 replicas of handguns in downtown Frankfurt. The guns were made from tinted frozen water, making them look real on first sight. With these the two created realistic situations, leaving the replicas behind as if they have been lost or dumped. The performance was stopped by the police.
In 2009, they repeated the experience with Freeze Revisited, only this time they flavored their creations - coke, black currant, licorice, and cherry.
